Product Details

The Sherman 728-61R is a right-hand (passenger side) rear wheel well extension panel designed for 1956-1957 Chevrolet passenger cars, excluding station wagons and sedan deliveries. This replacement panel addresses one of the most common rust-prone areas on classic Tri-Five Chevrolets.

Key Features:

  • Constructed from 19-gauge steel for durability and factory-correct thickness
  • Precision-stamped to ensure proper contours and panel alignment
  • Fits right (passenger) side rear wheel well opening
  • Designed for 2-door hardtop, sedan, and convertible body styles
  • Connects to the middle outer wheel well section
  • EDP coated to resist corrosion during storage and installation

This wheel well extension panel is essential for restoring structural integrity to your classic Chevrolet. Sherman Parts are manufactured to provide accurate fitment with factory mounting points and body lines, making installation straightforward for both professional restorers and DIY enthusiasts working on Bel Air, 210, and 150 models from the iconic 1956-1957 era.
