Product Details

The Sherman 0054B-84-0 is an aluminum front bumper reinforcement bar designed as a direct replacement for 1999-2006 BMW 3 Series (E46) models, excluding 2002-2005 M3 variants. This critical structural component, also known as a front rebar or impact bar, mounts behind the front bumper cover to provide crash protection and structural support.

Key Features:

  • Lightweight aluminum construction for corrosion resistance and weight savings
  • Direct OEM fitment for BMW E46 chassis (1999-2006, excluding 02-05 M3)
  • Restores structural integrity after front-end collision damage
  • Manufactured by Sherman, a trusted name in aftermarket collision parts
  • Cost-effective alternative to OEM replacement parts

This reinforcement bar is essential for proper bumper assembly installation and vehicle safety. Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper alignment and mounting. Not compatible with M3 models produced between 2002-2005, which require a different part number.

Good price for item

Ordered Borla headers 17216 that was lowest price on internet. Shipped fast at a fair price and arrived in good condition. Communication from Autoplicity was timley and accurate with tracking number. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Easy

Best place to find good products for cheap. I just got a jet programmer for almost $100 below the normal price. I also appreciate the fact that they gave me a call to make sure I was the one ordering.
