Product Details

The Cometic C4341-040 is a precision-engineered Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket designed specifically for the Subaru EG33 engine. This gasket features a 100mm bore diameter and .040" (1.02mm) compressed thickness, providing superior sealing performance for both stock and modified applications.

Key Features:

  • Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) construction for maximum durability and heat resistance
  • 100mm bore diameter designed for Subaru EG33 3.3L flat-six engines
  • .040" compressed thickness allows for precise compression ratio tuning
  • Engineered to withstand extreme cylinder pressures and temperatures
  • Superior recovery characteristics prevent gasket failure from thermal cycling
  • Embossed stainless steel layers with Viton rubber coating ensure optimal sealing

Cometic MLS gaskets are the gold standard in performance engine sealing, featuring multiple layers of stainless steel with advanced coatings that provide exceptional conformability to sealing surfaces. The .040" thickness makes this gasket ideal for engines with deck surfacing or performance builds requiring compression adjustments. Compatible with Subaru EG33 engines found in SVX and select legacy models.
