Product Details

The Cometic C4235-060 is a high-performance Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket engineered specifically for Mitsubishi 4G63 and 4G63T DOHC engines. This gasket features a .060" (1.5mm) compressed thickness and an 87mm bore diameter, making it ideal for turbocharged applications and performance builds requiring enhanced sealing and durability.

Key Features:

  • Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) construction provides superior sealing and durability under high cylinder pressures
  • .060" compressed thickness allows for increased compression ratio or compensation for deck milling
  • 87mm bore size optimized for stock and slightly overbored 4G63/4G63T engines
  • Designed for DOHC configuration (Except Evolution 4-9 models)
  • Embossed stainless steel layers with advanced coating technology for excellent recovery and reusability
  • Ideal for turbocharged and high-boost applications where OEM gaskets fail

Cometic gaskets are manufactured in the USA using premium materials and are trusted by professional engine builders and performance enthusiasts worldwide. This gasket fits various Mitsubishi 4G63/4G63T applications including DSM platforms (Eagle Talon, Plymouth Laser, Mitsubishi Eclipse), Mitsubishi Galant VR-4, and other models equipped with the legendary 4G63 engine, excluding Evolution 4-9 variants.
