Product Details

The Cometic C4234-060 is a premium Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket engineered specifically for Mitsubishi 4G63 and 4G63T engines. This high-performance gasket features a .060" (1.5mm) compressed thickness and 86mm bore diameter, making it ideal for turbocharged applications and performance builds that require superior sealing under extreme cylinder pressures.

Key Features:

  • Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) construction provides maximum sealing and durability
  • .060" compressed thickness allows for increased compression ratios or deck resurfacing
  • 86mm bore diameter optimized for 4G63/4G63T engine specifications
  • Designed for DOHC configuration (except Evo 4-9 models)
  • Superior resistance to combustion pressures and thermal cycling
  • Embossed stainless steel layers with elastomer coating for optimal sealing

Cometic MLS gaskets are the preferred choice for high-performance and racing applications where reliability is critical. The multi-layer design allows the gasket to conform to imperfect sealing surfaces while maintaining excellent torque retention and blowout resistance. Compatible with Mitsubishi Eclipse, Eagle Talon, Plymouth Laser, and Galant VR-4 models equipped with 4G63/4G63T engines, excluding Evolution 4-9 variants.
