Product Details

The Gates K040425HD FleetRunner Heavy Duty Micro-V Serpentine Belt is engineered for demanding fleet and commercial drive applications where standard belts fall short. Built with Gates' patented EPDM compound and distinctive green overcord, this belt delivers extended service life, superior flexibility, and consistent performance under the most punishing operating conditions.

Key Features:

  • Patented EPDM Construction: Resists cracking, wear, and deterioration from oil and water-based coolants — even at extreme prolonged operating temperatures
  • 4-Rib Micro-V Profile: Precision-ground belt profile ensures quiet operation and optimal power transfer across all driven accessories
  • High-Modulus Aramid Cord: Low-stretch cord construction maintains consistent belt tension and load-carrying capacity over the life of the belt
  • Nylon-Fiber Reinforced Undercord: Adds structural integrity and reduces tension loss, helping eliminate belt noise and slippage on problem drive systems
  • Maintenance-Free Design: No lubrication or retensioning required — engineered to run reliably from installation to replacement interval
  • Meets or Exceeds SAE Standards: Compliant with SAE J1459, SAE J2432, and SAE J1596 specifications

Specifications:

  • Number of Ribs: 4
  • Belt Width: 0.56 in. (14.20 mm)
  • Outside Circumference: 43-1/4 in. (1,099 mm)
  • Pitch Length: 44 in. (1,080 mm)
  • Belt Style: Micro-V (Poly-V / Serpentine)
  • Material: EPDM Rubber

Great prices

This was the first time I used them and the shipping was fast and the price was great would recommend them to anyone looking to buy car parts online.

Best price around, by far!

Product was the cheapest I could find. One other store was cheaper but did not have my product in stock. Autoplicity shipped within 2 days and the product arrived as described. I am happy with my purchase and would do business with Autoplicity again. The only thing I marked them on was that I wish they shipped within 1 day instead of 2.

Placed order #27494 for some bumpstops. Came out $40 cheaper then i could get with reseller discounts elsewhere. Great item, shipped quick, very satisfied.

I am very glad that my order came in on time and in great condition!
