Airtex 5S5113 Throttle Position Sensor

The Airtex 5S5113 is a direct-fit replacement throttle position sensor (TPS) engineered to restore precise throttle response and reliable engine management performance. Airtex Engine Management is one of the world's leading brands of replacement sensors and vehicle electronics, known for identifying problematic applications and delivering solutions that meet or exceed original equipment standards.

The throttle position sensor monitors the angle of the throttle body butterfly valve and transmits that data to the engine control module (ECM). This signal allows the ECM to calculate the correct air-fuel mixture, ignition timing, and transmission shift points. A failed or worn TPS can result in rough idle, hesitation, poor fuel economy, erratic acceleration, or an illuminated Check Engine light.

Key Features:

• Direct OE replacement — plug-and-play installation with no modifications required
• Precision-engineered to deliver accurate throttle position signal to the ECM
• Built to meet or exceed original equipment specifications for fit, form, and function
• Manufactured by Airtex Engine Management, an ISO/TS 16949-certified supplier
• Helps resolve common drivability issues including hesitation, rough idle, and poor acceleration
• Designed for long-lasting, consistent performance in demanding under-hood conditions

When replacing a faulty throttle position sensor, the Airtex 5S5113 provides a reliable, cost-effective solution backed by the engineering expertise of a trusted OE-quality brand.
