Product Details

The Gates 27020 is a multi-purpose hose designed for use on return fuel lines, PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation), and EEC (Evaporative Emission Control) systems, as well as fuel return hose connections on diesel fuel injection systems. This bulk fuel hose comes in a 250-foot roll with a 5/8-inch inside diameter and features a nitrile rubber (NBR) construction.

Key Features:

  • Approved for use with leaded and unleaded gasoline, diesel, and gasoline blends of ethanol (E85), methanol, and ethers up to legal EPA limits
  • Spiral reinforced construction for enhanced durability
  • Cover resists heat, oil, ozone, and weathering
  • Tube has been upgraded to meet changes in fuel characteristics and resists heat and oil
  • Temperature range: -40°F to +257°F (-40°C to +125°C)
  • Working pressure: 35 PSI with a vacuum rating of 10 In./Hg
  • Outside diameter: 15/16 inch (24mm)
  • Meets requirements of SAE J30R7 and DIN 73379 standards (except for tolerances)

Important Cautions: Do not use for pressure lines on fuel injected engines or for cooling system applications. Use Barricade Fuel Injection hose for fuel injection applications. Intended for use with fuels where MTBE concentrations are no greater than 15% by volume.

I just bought two of the new Aeromotive pumps from autoplicity at the best price found online.. They were shipped out quick and arrived even faster than I thought. Autoplicity.com will be in my favorites when it comes to ordering parts for my 94 Supra from now on!!!

Easy to order using Amazon

Excellent prices. Product was very good quality. I would recommend Autoplicity to others.

Quick and easy!

excellect website very easy to order

Great Price! Fast shipping!!!

very prompt service, items were in stock and shipped next day, salesman was helpful and friendly. Will place in favorites and do buisness with again.

First off, the price was excellent and they communicate every step of the sale. Shipping was immediate and arrived promptly with the complete order. One observation is the shipping calculator is flaky. I had to revise the order during checkout and noticed it seemed to give a different price each time. 6 cans of satin black $12 add 6 more of gloss, $15 change to 12 of the satin then $24 cancel order and purchase 12 satin then back to $15

it was a very pleasant shopping experience, i will definitely be shopping here again.

Hard to,find these anywhere. Keep selling them!

Easy to search and sign in with Amazon.

Shipped out fast. Prices are very competitive. Couldn't ask for more.

Best prices I found online.. processed same day and recieved same week..packaged great and works great.

Had a great price on the parts that I wanted, informed me immediately that the products were back ordered from the manufacturer, and wanted to know if I wanted the parts dropped shipped from the manufacturer or what. They said if I wanted to wait it would take around 2 weeks to ship, they arrived in a week.
