Gates 22033 Molded Radiator Coolant Hose Cut-to-Length EPDM

The Gates 22033 is a molded, cut-to-length radiator coolant hose engineered to OEM specifications. Pre-formed with extra material, this hose allows for custom trimming to suit your exact application — eliminating the need for an OE dealer visit and ensuring a precise, leak-free fit.

Key Features:

• EPDM Tube Construction: Resists heat, ozone, and chemical coolants for extended service life
• Electrochemical Degradation (ECD) Resistance: Specifically engineered compound combats the leading cause of hose failure — micro-cracking caused by galvanic reaction between coolant, fittings, and hose material
• Cut-to-Length Design: Molded with extra material so you can trim the hose to your exact fit requirement
• OEM-Quality Specifications: Manufactured to meet OE standards for upper, lower, bypass, heater, and other coolant circuit applications
• Vacuum Collapse Resistance: Engineered materials resist collapse under vacuum, reducing the need for internal support springs
• Heat & Ozone Resistant Cover: Protects against harsh under-hood conditions

Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed. Caution: Not intended for fuel or oil transfer applications.
