The Gates A30 Hi-Power II V-Belt is a premium classical section belt engineered for reliable power transmission in industrial, agricultural, and HVAC applications. This A-section belt features a 1/2 inch top width, 5/16 inch thickness, and 30-inch inside circumference (32-inch outside circumference).

  • Flex-Bonded Cords: Proprietary polyester cord material strongly bonds to the belt body for uniform load distribution and absorption of bending stress without cord deterioration
  • Gates Curves Design: Optimized cross-section provides proper cord support and full pulley contact for uniform loading, uniform wear, and increased belt life
  • Multi-Purpose Construction: Composite construction resists oil, heat, ozone, sunlight, weather, and aging
  • Temperature Range: Operates reliably from -30°C to +60°C (-22°F to +140°F)
  • Safety Engineered: EPDM belt material prevents self-ignition from heat buildup, even during severe slippage

The Gates Hi-Power II A30 is ideal for HVAC systems, conveyor systems, centrifugal pumps, air compressors, crushers, and various industrial applications. This belt can be used individually in single belt drives or in matched sets for higher horsepower applications. Meets Gates UNISET tolerances and can be installed without matching.
