Product Details

The KYB Excel-G 345614 is a nitrogen gas-charged twin-tube shock absorber engineered to restore your vehicle's original ride control, stability, and handling characteristics. Designed as an OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket) component, this shock is manufactured on the same assembly lines and uses the same quality components as KYB's OEM products supplied to new vehicle manufacturers.

Key Features:

  • Nitrogen gas-charged twin-tube design for consistent damping performance
  • OE-quality construction manufactured on KYB's global OEM assembly lines
  • Calibrated to restore factory-designed performance specifications
  • Improves stopping distance, lane change responsiveness, and cornering stability
  • Preferred choice of professional technicians for suspension restoration
  • Precision-valved to match original equipment damping characteristics

The Excel-G 345614 focuses on restoring critical safety functions including ride control, stability during braking, and predictable handling during lane changes. This shock absorber maintains the vehicle manufacturer's intended suspension dynamics rather than altering them, making it ideal for drivers seeking to return their vehicle to its original performance capabilities.

Easy, so far. Fast shipping. As described

There was rust on one of the mufflers and they took longer than the catalytic converters to arrive. At the exhaust shop, I was only allowed to install one set because of some law that prohibits moving to dual exhaust. I've got to look into this law and find another exhaust shop to install the second set
