Product Details

The Gates 3VX1250 Super HC (Heavy Construction) belt is a premium cogged V-belt engineered for high-performance industrial and agricultural applications. This belt features a cogged design that reduces bending resistance and heat buildup, delivering superior flexibility and longer service life compared to standard wrapped V-belts.

Key Features:

  • 3VX profile with 3/8" top width for optimal power transmission
  • 125.0" effective outside length
  • Cogged construction reduces heat buildup and extends belt life
  • High-strength tension members for maximum load-carrying capacity
  • Superior oil and heat resistance for demanding environments
  • Advanced rubber compounds resist cracking and wear
  • Ideal for heavy-duty industrial equipment, HVAC systems, and agricultural machinery

Gates Super HC belts are manufactured to strict quality standards and provide reliable performance in applications requiring high power transmission and durability. The cogged design allows the belt to run cooler and more efficiently than conventional V-belts, making it an excellent choice for demanding applications with high shock loads or variable speed drives.
