Product Details

The TYC 20-6235-80 is a direct-replacement headlight assembly engineered to restore original lighting performance and safety to your vehicle. This aftermarket headlight meets or exceeds all DOT and SAE photometric and safety standards, ensuring legal compliance and proper illumination for nighttime driving.

Key Features:

  • DOT/SAE compliant for photometric performance and safety requirements
  • Anti-haze and anti-fade lens coating maintains clarity and light output over time
  • Rigorous accelerated cycling tests ensure long-term durability and reliability
  • Direct-fit replacement for easy installation using factory mounting points
  • Manufactured to OE specifications for proper beam pattern and appearance

TYC headlight assemblies undergo extensive quality testing including thermal cycling, vibration resistance, and moisture intrusion tests to ensure they withstand the demanding conditions of daily driving. The specialized lens coating protects against UV degradation and environmental contaminants that cause yellowing and reduced visibility in older headlights.
