Brembo 2C1.8001A2 GT 4-Piston Rear Big Brake Kit 345mm Slotted Red

The Brembo Gran Turismo (GT) 4-Piston Big Brake Kit is engineered specifically for the 2001-2006 BMW E46 M3 rear axle, delivering exceptional stopping power for both spirited street driving and demanding track applications. This comprehensive rear brake system features 345x28mm 2-piece slotted vented rotors paired with fixed aluminum 4-piston calipers finished in red.

Complete Brake System Package Includes:

• High-performance fixed aluminum 4-piston brake calipers with red finish
• 345mm x 28mm 2-piece slotted vented brake rotors with corrosion-resistant coating
• Performance brake pad set designed for the caliper system
• Stainless steel braided brake lines for improved pedal feel
• Aircraft-quality aluminum mounting brackets and hardware

Key Features and Benefits:

• Direct bolt-on installation onto factory suspension components
• Fully compatible with stock brake master cylinder and ABS systems
• Slotted rotor design effectively evacuates gases and debris while reducing brake fade
• Two-piece rotor construction reduces unsprung weight and improves heat dissipation
• Corrosion-resistant rotor coating prevents rust and provides aggressive appearance
• Larger rotor diameter increases thermal capacity and braking torque
• Fixed caliper design ensures even pad wear and consistent brake response

The Brembo GT system provides a substantial upgrade over stock rear brakes, delivering shorter stopping distances, improved brake modulation, and resistance to fade during high-performance driving. The 2-piece rotor design allows the rotor hat and friction ring to expand independently, reducing thermal stress and extending component life. When paired with Brembo front brake upgrades or performance rotors, this system creates a balanced, matched brake setup for all four corners.

Important Installation Notes:

• Wheel fitment verification is critical—proper clearance measurements must be confirmed before installation
• May require minor modification to OEM components for proper fitment
• Professional installation recommended to ensure proper setup and safety

Designed and manufactured by Brembo, the world leader in high-performance braking systems, this Gran Turismo brake kit represents decades of racing expertise and OEM engineering excellence applied to aftermarket brake upgrades.
