Moroso 85646 Air/Oil Separator Kit for Subaru

The Moroso 85646 is a complete air/oil separator kit designed specifically for Subaru applications equipped with front-mounted intercoolers. This professional-grade catch can system captures excess crankcase vapors, residual oil mist, and moisture before they can reenter the intake tract, helping your engine breathe cleaner air for improved performance and longevity.

Key Features:

• Dual separator body design for proper crankcase ventilation on Subaru applications
• Polished billet aluminum construction with internal baffling and mesh media
• Compact small body design: 2.125 inches diameter x 4.5 inches height per separator
• Two-piece body design unscrews easily for draining collected oil
• Complete kit includes two separator bodies, heavy-duty brass fittings, mounting hardware, and hoses
• Reduces detonation risk and prevents oil deposits on intake valves and intercooler
• Emissions compliant design integrates with PCV system

This kit is specifically engineered for Subaru vehicles with front-mounted intercoolers and includes everything needed for installation. Regular draining of collected oil (approximately every 1,000 miles) helps maintain optimal engine performance and prevents harmful oil vapor from reducing intercooler efficiency or causing carbon buildup on intake valves.
