Product Details

The Moroso 85627 Air/Oil Separator Kit is a dual-tank system designed to capture excess crankcase vapors and residual oil mist before they can reenter your engine's intake tract. By preventing oil, moisture, and contaminants from circulating back through the intake manifold, this separator helps eliminate potential detonation issues and keeps intake valves clean for optimal performance.

Key Features:

  • Dual separator design with two billet aluminum bodies for complete crankcase ventilation
  • Black anodized finish provides corrosion resistance and a clean engine bay appearance
  • Round tanks measure 2.125 inches in diameter and 4.5 inches in height
  • Two-piece body design unscrews for easy draining and maintenance
  • Hose barb fittings for secure connection to PCV system
  • Designed for applications with top-mounted intercoolers
  • Complete kit includes mounting brackets, fittings, hoses, and hardware for ready installation

This separator is plumbed directly into your vehicle's PCV system, where internal mesh media captures oil vapor while allowing clean air to pass through. The compact small-body design fits easily in tight engine compartments while providing effective crankcase vapor separation.

Quick

Rather amazing and uneventful service in this day and age. Ordered a Thule bike rack for my Nissan Murano. It was in stock (unusual for high-end specialty products), shipped the next day, and was on my doorstep in a few days (excellent for a 60 lb. large box). I'd buy anything from these people without any reservation. AND, your order is insured - completely superfluous. Oh, and did I mention, the lowest price I could find ANYWHERE, and not by a few dollars - a lot.

Great so far an great prices

This was my first order with Autoplicity. Their prices were great, and the ordering process very easy. I was a little frustrated at first, as the order didn't arrive as expected. When I called, it took a little work, but I finally got the info that it was shipping from the manufacturer, and did get the tracking info. The parts arrived when tracking said it should. Would I place another order with Autoplicity? Short answer is yes!
