Product Details

The King Engine Bearings MB5269AM0.25 is an AM-Series crankshaft main bearing set machined to a +0.25mm undersize specification for use in VW/Audi engines with engine codes AKU, AQM, CR, CY, JK, JR, KY, and RA. These bearings are engineered as a direct-fit replacement for engine rebuilds and are well-suited for street and marine applications.

Key Features:

  • Bi-metal aluminum construction — standard aluminum-based material equivalent to SAE-783, optimized for low and medium load engine applications
  • Superior embeddability — allows macro-particles to embed harmlessly into the bearing surface, reducing crankshaft journal scratching and protecting the overlay material
  • Lead-free formulation — environmentally friendly and user-safe design that meets modern material standards
  • Precision tolerance control — manufactured to within ±0.0001 inch for consistent oil clearance and reliable crankshaft performance
  • +0.25mm undersize — designed for use with crankshafts that have been reground to a standard 0.25mm undersize specification

King Engine Bearings has specialized exclusively in engine bearing manufacturing since 1960, applying lessons learned from racing applications to produce premium-quality bearings for both performance and everyday rebuilds. The AM-Series is the ideal choice for stock engine rebuilds and mild street performance applications requiring a reliable, cost-effective solution.

Easy and fast

They had the parts I needed at the best price. I needed some questions answered to make sure I was ordering the right parts for a 4 year old car and they were very helpful when I called.

Great product at a a great price!

easy website to use

Autoplicity won my loyalty as a customer on two separate counts. Firstly, I am always researching the web for the lowest possible price on an item even while I am in the process of actually ordering it. I had filled in all of my info on their order page and had competed almost everything required concerning making this order. All that was left to do was my clicking of the final 'link' actually confirming the order. At this point I totally stopped and looked elsewhere on the web. A couple of hours later I came back to my computer and was surprised to see an email from Autoplicity asking me why I hadn't fully completed my order and offering me 3% off the purchase price if I would complete it. I immediately finished and submitted the order without hesitation. Secondly, a day or so after I had made the order, I received another email from Autoplicity offering me an additional $5.00 rebate if I wrote a review of my experience with them. Do you think they really want me as a customer? YOU BET!! I like companies that do business like this. They know how to make and keep loyal customers.

I have place my order on line and I am very satisfied with your services , I wil recommend every one to purchase from you
