Howe Racing 3368 GM Metric Single Piston Brake Caliper 2.75" Bore

The Howe Racing 3368 is a high-performance GM Metric single-piston brake caliper designed specifically for circle track and racing applications. Introduced in the 1970s as a lightweight alternative to stock GM calipers, this caliper serves as a direct replacement for GM D52 Series calipers commonly used in oval track racing.

Key Specifications:

• Single piston design with 2.750-inch bore diameter
• Steel construction with black oxide finish for corrosion resistance
• Floating mount design for optimal pad contact
• Maximum rotor thickness: 1.250 inches
• GM Metric mounting pattern
• Mounting bolts sold separately

Racing Performance:

This metric steel caliper is nearly a pound lighter than the most common OEM version, helping reduce unsprung weight for improved handling. The more open bridge design improves cooling, making it ideal for the demanding conditions of circle track racing. Available in two piston sizes to allow for proper brake bias using two 1-inch master cylinders, these calipers are perfect for Circle Track classes requiring stock-type calipers.

Important Note: This caliper is designed for racing use only and is not intended for highway or street use. Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper brake system function and safety.
