Product Details

The ACDelco 45D2172 is a professional-grade ball joint kit designed for front lower control arm applications. This assembly serves as a critical pivot point connecting the control arm to the steering knuckle, allowing for proper suspension articulation and steering response while supporting vehicle weight.

Key Features:

  • Precision-engineered ball joint construction for reliable performance and extended service life
  • Designed to restore factory ride quality and steering feel
  • Quality materials engineered to withstand suspension loads and road impacts
  • Direct replacement for worn or damaged original equipment ball joints
  • ACDelco Professional series quality standards

This ball joint kit includes the necessary components to service the front lower control arm ball joint. Regular inspection and replacement of worn ball joints is essential for maintaining proper wheel alignment, tire wear, and safe vehicle handling. Worn ball joints can cause clunking noises, excessive tire wear, and compromised steering control.
