Product Details

The Diamond Eye Manufacturing L30SA is a premium 3-inch lap-joint clamp designed for high-performance diesel exhaust systems. Constructed from durable 409 stainless steel, this Torca-style clamp provides a secure, leak-free connection between exhaust components while allowing for thermal expansion and contraction.

Key Features:

  • 3-inch diameter designed for performance exhaust systems
  • 409 stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance and longevity
  • Torca lap-joint design ensures even clamping pressure around the entire circumference
  • Allows for thermal expansion without compromising seal integrity
  • Precision mandrel-bent components for optimal exhaust flow
  • Easy installation with standard hand tools

This lap-joint clamp is an essential component for connecting exhaust pipes in custom or replacement exhaust systems. The Torca design distributes clamping force evenly, preventing the distortion and leaks common with traditional band clamps. Ideal for diesel truck performance applications, turbo-back systems, and custom exhaust fabrication projects.
