Product Details

The Diamond Eye Manufacturing L27AA is a 2.75-inch aluminized steel Torca lap-joint clamp designed for high-performance diesel exhaust systems. This heavy-duty clamp provides a secure, leak-free connection between exhaust components while allowing for thermal expansion and contraction during operation.

Key Features:

  • 2.75-inch diameter fits standard exhaust tubing
  • Aluminized steel construction resists corrosion and high temperatures
  • Torca lap-joint design creates uniform clamping pressure around the entire circumference
  • Eliminates the need for welding, allowing for easier installation and future serviceability
  • Ideal for connecting pipes, mufflers, and other exhaust components
  • Engineered for diesel performance applications with demanding operating conditions

This professional-grade exhaust clamp is manufactured using precision CNC equipment and quality materials to ensure reliable performance in high-temperature exhaust environments. The lap-joint style connection accommodates slight misalignment while maintaining a gas-tight seal, making it an excellent choice for both professional installers and enthusiasts building custom exhaust systems.

Was cheaper than any other place I could find on the parts I needed. Online store is set up very well, and when I called to confirm stock, I was pleasantly surprised to speak with someone quickly who I could actually understand and converse with.
