Product Details

The Diamond Eye Manufacturing BC500S409 is a heavy-duty 5-inch band clamp designed for secure, leak-free connections in high-performance diesel exhaust systems. Constructed from durable 409 stainless steel, this Torca-style band clamp provides superior clamping force and even pressure distribution around the entire circumference of the exhaust pipe.

Key Features:

 • 5-inch diameter design for large exhaust tubing applications
 • 409 stainless steel construction resists corrosion and withstands extreme exhaust temperatures
 • Torca band clamp design ensures 360-degree sealing without crushing or deforming pipes
 • Heavy-duty construction ideal for diesel truck and performance exhaust installations
 • Pre-formed band design simplifies installation and provides consistent clamping pressure

This professional-grade band clamp is engineered to maintain exhaust system integrity under the demanding conditions of diesel performance applications. The Torca design eliminates the risk of exhaust leaks at pipe joints while allowing for thermal expansion and contraction. Made in the USA by Diamond Eye Manufacturing using precision CNC mandrel bending and fabrication processes.

Easy website!

So far, so good

Awesome dealer for auto-parts. Fast shipping and they sell good products at great prices! Bought set of club racing brake pads for $15 less than anywhere else on a Saturday and they were here the following Wednesday. I'm in Memphis and it was the week before Christmas. I was very impressed and pleased!

I'm a stickler for finding the best prices on my purchases, while also making sure that the products I buy are legit and not some cheapo knock-offs.
I did my homework on the Clutch Stage 2 kit I wanted for my Spec V and found that Autoplicity had the best price anywhere, even a spot where I had 10% off came out to be more expensive.

I received my Clutch Stage 2 clutch kit pretty quickly (about 1 week) and everything was as expected.

Overall I would rate Autoplicity a perfect 10, although I did not have to contact their customer service or initiate a return, so the '10' would be on product selection, communication, website experience, and overall feeling that I got the best deal out there.

Thanks!

Best prices, fast shipping, already recommended autoplicity to numerous people.

Looked everywhere for a good price on Warn locking hubs, they were the best price around. Shipped right away.

Ordered a Trac-Bar from Autoplicity, and didn't have any problems. WILL be back!
