Diamond Eye Manufacturing BC225A Aluminized Torca Band Clamp - 2.25

The Diamond Eye Manufacturing BC225A is a heavy-duty 2.25-inch Torca band clamp designed specifically for performance diesel exhaust systems. This aluminized steel clamp provides a secure, leak-free connection between exhaust components while allowing for thermal expansion and contraction during operation.

Key Features:

• 2.25-inch diameter fits standard exhaust tubing
• Aluminized steel construction resists corrosion and high-temperature degradation
• Torca-style band design distributes clamping pressure evenly around the entire circumference
• Creates a 360-degree seal that eliminates exhaust leaks
• Allows for slight misalignment and thermal movement without compromising seal integrity
• Easy installation with standard hand tools
• Ideal for connecting exhaust pipes, downpipes, and intermediate sections

This professional-grade band clamp is manufactured using precision CNC mandrel bending equipment to ensure consistent quality and exact fitment. The Torca band clamp design is preferred over traditional U-bolt clamps for high-performance applications because it eliminates the crushing and distortion that can occur with two-bolt styles, while providing superior sealing performance.
