Product Details

The Motorcraft YH1828 HVAC Blower Motor Resistor is a genuine OEM replacement component designed to restore proper climate control function in Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles. This resistor restricts the voltage that goes to the blower motor thus providing different fan speeds, ensuring your heating and air conditioning system operates correctly across all speed settings.

Key Features:

  • Manufactured from first-quality materials to help reliably control and modulate your heater fan even under extreme conditions
  • Large heat-sinks help keep electrical components cool for a long life
  • OE connections provide for a simple plug-in to the wiring harness
  • Application-specific design ensures proper fit and easy installation
  • Foam gaskets (where applicable) help minimize environmental contamination
  • All designs undergo rigorous lab and real world tests in order to meet Ford engineering standards

Backed by the Motorcraft Service Parts Warranty which offers 3 years and no commercial exceptions. This genuine Motorcraft part carries OEM part number AE9Z19E624B and is the only blower motor resistor recommended by Ford Motor Company for Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles. Sold individually.
