Nitrous Express 17038 .038 R/t Single Jet

The Nitrous Express 17038 is a precision-engineered .038 R/T single jet designed for high-performance nitrous oxide systems. Manufactured on CNC equipment, this jet is guaranteed to be within .0005 of the specified jet size, ensuring consistent and accurate fuel or nitrous delivery. The advanced design features a contoured inlet and multi-stepped outlet that promotes turbulence-free flow with minimal restrictions, delivering 35% more flow through the same orifice compared to conventional jets.

Key Features:

• CNC-machined brass construction for precise tolerances within .0005 of specification
• Contoured inlet and multi-stepped outlet design eliminates turbulence and restrictions
• 35% greater flow characteristics compared to standard jets
• Durable brass material resists erosion from gasoline and nitrous oxide
• R/T (Race-Tuned) design optimized for performance applications

While some express concern about brass erosion from nitrous and fuel exposure, any wearing of the brass surface is an extremely slow process that takes years to affect accuracy, making it a non-issue for practical use. This jet is ideal for precision tuning of nitrous oxide injection systems where consistent flow and accurate metering are critical.
