Product Details

The ACDelco 15-73989 is a GM Original Equipment HVAC air valve actuator designed to control airflow within your vehicle's heating and air conditioning system. This pneumatic servo component mounts on the HVAC housing and actuates the blend doors or valves that regulate temperature and airflow distribution throughout the cabin.

Key Features:

  • GM Original Equipment quality - meets or exceeds OE specifications for fit, form, and function
  • 5-pin male terminal connector with black housing
  • Housing dimensions: 3.65 inches length x 3.19 inches width
  • Vacuum-operated actuator responds to signals from HVAC controller
  • Direct replacement for GM part numbers 20826182 and 1573989

Common symptoms of a failing HVAC actuator include inconsistent temperature control, unusual clicking or ticking noises from the dashboard, and air blowing from incorrect vents. This genuine ACDelco replacement restores proper HVAC operation with the same performance, durability, and service life you expect from General Motors Original Equipment.
