Product Details

The MTC VP486 is a replacement ignition distributor impulse sender connector housing designed for Volvo applications. This plastic connector housing mounts on the side of the distributor and connects the Hall effect sender to the vehicle's ignition system.

Key Features:

 • Direct replacement for OEM part number 1346793 and 246613
 • Precision-engineered plastic housing designed to withstand engine bay conditions
 • Restores proper electrical connection to the distributor Hall sender
 • Sold individually without wires or terminals
 • Backed by manufacturer's 1-year warranty

This connector housing commonly fails due to prolonged exposure to engine heat and oil, which can cause the plastic to become brittle and crack. A faulty connector can result in intermittent or complete loss of ignition signal, leading to difficult-to-diagnose no-start conditions or random stalling issues. Replacing this small but critical component restores reliable ignition system operation.

I did a search with the part number and decided to give your company a try.

Good product and awesome delivery. Thank you

We ordered the 63 Quart ARB Fridge Freezer and we are very pleased with Autoplicity. The order process on the website was quick and easy. The item was shipped out the next day and we received it within one week. This particular item has been difficult to find and we were very pleased with Autoplicity's pricing and shipping. Thank you for the great service!

good price---hope it ships quick---excited for my build

THANKS

Autoplicity had the best price on the item on the ski rack I needed! I ordered it on a Friday and it was delivered the following Wednesday.

I felt I had to double check with Centric site as your brake shoe compatiblity chart didn't seem to go past 1956.

Excellent seller, rapid shipping

Authentic, hard to find item listed for the least expensive price online! Good customer service and fast shipping time!!

** Update 4/18/2012
Everything arrived in several different shipments. I did experience a problem with some FelPro Headbolts that I had ordered. I ordered two and only received one, but after a short phone call with Paul from shipping, the problem was fixed and my second set of bolts were shipped.

They had the cheapest price that I could find on several products. I did not like the order confirmations on there website as I had to copy and paste to search for my tracking number. I am supposed to receive my order today and I am scared because the two weights do not match up. Autoplicity says 37.7 pounds and fedex says 3.8 pounds. Maybe there is more than one tracking number and I just do not know.
