EBC DP3986C Redstuff Ceramic Low Dust Brake Pads

The EBC Redstuff DP3986C brake pads deliver exceptional performance for high-performance street driving with significantly reduced brake dust. These advanced ceramic-enhanced pads reduce brake dust by 60-90% compared to conventional pads, and the minimal dust that does accumulate contains no steel fiber particles, making it easy to clean with just a simple sponge wash.

Key Features:

• Synthetic fiber-based compound enhanced with ceramic particles for superior performance
• Excellent cold bite performance matching or exceeding OEM pads, with improved performance as temperature increases
• Proven to reduce stopping distance by 13 meters from 100 mph compared to OEM pads
• EBC Brake-In surface coating conditions rotor surface and accelerates bedding process
• Nominal friction coefficient of 0.5 for consistent, predictable braking
• ECE R90 brake safety regulation approved
• Hard-wearing compound for extended service life
• Quieter operation than previous generation Redstuff pads

Installation Notes:

Due to the hard-wearing nature of these pads, proper bedding is essential for optimal performance. Allow up to 1000 miles for the pads to fully conform to your brake rotors. The EBC Brake-In coating helps accelerate this process while conditioning the rotor surface.

Ideal for fast street use, spirited driving, and applications requiring repeated heavy braking with minimal brake dust and maximum stopping power.
