EBC DP3870C Redstuff Ceramic Low Dust Brake Pads

The EBC DP3870C Redstuff brake pads deliver exceptional stopping power with dramatically reduced brake dust for drivers who demand performance without the maintenance headache. These advanced ceramic brake pads reduce dust output by 60-90% compared to conventional pads, and the minimal dust that does form contains no steel fiber particles, making it easy to remove with a simple sponge wash.

Key Features:

• Synthetic fiber-based compound enhanced with ceramic particles for superior performance
• Excellent cold bite performance that improves as temperatures rise
• Proven to reduce stopping distance by 13 meters from 100 mph compared to OEM pads
• 60-90% dust reduction versus semi-metallic pads
• EBC Brake-In surface coating conditions rotors and accelerates bedding process
• Nominal friction coefficient of 0.5 for consistent, predictable braking
• Most pads approved to ECE R90 brake safety regulation
• Ideal for fast street driving and repeated heavy braking applications

These hard-wearing pads require proper bedding—allow up to 1000 miles for the pads to fully conform to your brake rotors for optimal performance. The Redstuff ceramic formula represents a significant advancement over earlier generations, offering improved longevity, enhanced stopping power, and quieter operation. Perfect for performance sedans, sport compacts, and hot hatches where both performance and cleanliness matter.
