The COMP Cams Xtreme Energy CL35-250-4 is a complete camshaft and lifter kit designed specifically for Ford 351 Windsor small block engines. This hydraulic flat tappet cam delivers excellent mid-range power with improved throttle response, making it ideal for street/strip applications and performance street builds.

Camshaft Specifications:

  • Advertised Duration: 280°/286° (intake/exhaust)
  • Duration @ .050": 240°/246° (intake/exhaust)
  • Valve Lift: .544"/.544" (intake/exhaust) with 1.6:1 rocker ratio
  • LSA (Lobe Separation Angle): 110°
  • RPM Range: 2,000-6,000 RPM
  • Hydraulic flat tappet design

Complete Kit Includes:

  • Xtreme Energy camshaft
  • Hydraulic flat tappet lifters (16)
  • Assembly lube

This cam profile provides a noticeable performance increase over stock with a choppy idle and strong acceleration. Recommended for engines with aftermarket cylinder heads, intake manifolds, headers, and 9.5:1 or higher compression ratio. Requires aftermarket torque converter with 2,400+ stall speed for automatic transmissions.
