Product Details

The Nitrous Express 17040 is a precision-engineered .040 R/T single jet designed for high-performance nitrous oxide systems. Manufactured on CNC equipment, this jet is guaranteed to be within .0005 of the specified .040 orifice size, ensuring consistent and accurate fuel or nitrous delivery for precise tuning.

Advanced Flow Design:

  • Contoured inlet and multi-stepped outlet design eliminates turbulence and flow restrictions
  • Delivers 35% more flow through the same size orifice compared to conventional jets
  • Precision CNC machined for exact tolerances within .0005 of specified jet size
  • High-quality brass construction provides long-term durability and accuracy

Unlike simple drilled jets, the Nitrous Express R/T jet features an engineered flow path that maximizes efficiency while maintaining precision. The brass material offers excellent resistance to erosion from fuel and nitrous oxide flow, maintaining accuracy over extended use. This single jet is ideal for fine-tuning nitrous systems or replacing worn jets in existing setups.

Unbeatable price on the Internet, helpful customer service. But if you choose UPS ground, be aware that they do not ship out items during weekends. I'll definitely buy from them again.
