Product Details

The March Performance 20420 is a deluxe serpentine belt drive conversion kit designed for Small Block Chevy engines with a short water pump (SWP) configuration, covering alternator-only drive setups. This kit eliminates the old V-belt system and replaces it with a clean, efficient serpentine drive arrangement, improving belt life, reducing slippage, and simplifying underhood appearance. The clearcoat-finished aluminum pulleys are engineered to a performance ratio for optimized accessory drive speed.

Key Features:

  • Deluxe serpentine conversion kit for Small Block Chevy short water pump (SWP) applications — alternator only
  • Clearcoat-finished aluminum pulleys for a clean, corrosion-resistant finish
  • 6-groove serpentine crankshaft pulley included
  • 6-groove serpentine water pump pulley included; clockwise rotation; compatible with short water pump style
  • Water pump nose cone included
  • 6-groove serpentine alternator pulley included, along with alternator brackets, alternator fan, and alternator nose cover
  • Idler/tensioner included for proper belt tension and alignment
  • Hardware included for installation
  • Performance ratio pulley set for optimized accessory drive
  • Sold as a complete kit
  • Note: Belt, idler brackets, idler cover, air conditioning components, power steering components, and crankshaft nose cover are NOT included

March Performance is a trusted name in accessory drive systems, and this serpentine conversion kit delivers a reliable, performance-oriented upgrade over factory V-belt setups. Fits a wide range of Small Block Chevy-powered Chevrolet vehicles spanning model years 1957–1999.
