Product Details

The EBC Redstuff DP31911C is a low dust ceramic disc brake pad set (brake pads) made for fast street driving. EBC describes it as a synthetic fiber based brake compound enhanced with ceramic particles, built for repeated heavy braking on the road.

Key Features:

  • Low dust: Reduces brake dust by 60-90 percent according to EBC. The compound contains no steel fibre particles, and the minimal dust that remains washes off easily with a sponge.
  • Strong cold bite: Brakes well right from cold and improves as the pads heat up.
  • Improved over earlier Redstuff: Compared with EBC's earlier pre-ceramic Redstuff compound, this material is described as longer lasting, better braking and quieter.
  • Brake-In surface coating: Conditions the rotor surface and speeds up pad bed-in.
  • Friction: Nominal friction coefficient of 0.5.
  • Certification: Most EBC Red Ceramic pads are approved to the ECE R90 brake safety regulation.

Bed-In Note: As a hard wearing pad, bed-in can take as long as 1000 miles while the pad takes up the shape of the disc (brake rotor), so patience is needed during break-in.

A fast road pad for drivers who want low dust and confident, repeatable stopping performance.

I am extremely satisfied with Autoplicity in terms of service, price, and shipping. I was shopping for a set of N-FAB step bars for my truck and was ready to purchase from Amazon when I decided to look around to see if there were better prices. I stumbled upon Autoplicity and was surprised to see their price on the bars. I checked with their online chat customer service to confirm that they would fit my truck and that the price was for a pair of the bars and not just one. (That's how low the price was!). I then placed my order and the bars arrived at my doorstep 3 days later! Autoplicity gets an A+ in my book and I'll definitely be coming back.

Very fast shipping and price is rite

Best price I could find! Shipped through UPS, great service.
