EBC DP31789C Redstuff Ceramic Low Dust Brake Pads

The EBC Redstuff DP31789C brake pads deliver exceptional performance for demanding street driving with dramatically reduced brake dust. These advanced ceramic-enhanced pads reduce dust output by 60-90% compared to standard pads, and the minimal dust that does form contains no steel fiber particles, making it easy to remove with a simple sponge wash.

Key Features:

• Synthetic fiber-based compound enhanced with ceramic particles for superior performance
• Excellent cold bite performance matching or exceeding OEM pads, with improved performance as they heat up
• Proven to reduce stopping distance by 13 meters from 100 mph compared to OEM pads
• EBC Brake-In surface coating conditions rotors and accelerates bedding process
• Nominal friction coefficient of 0.5 for consistent, predictable braking
• Hard-wearing compound provides extended pad life
• Quieter operation than semi-metallic alternatives
• Most applications approved to ECE R90 brake safety regulation

Installation Notes:

Due to the hard-wearing nature of this compound, bedding requires patience. Allow up to 1000 miles for the pads to fully conform to your brake rotors and achieve optimal performance. This extended break-in period ensures maximum pad life and braking effectiveness.

Ideal for enthusiast drivers, performance street applications, and vehicles subjected to repeated heavy braking, the Redstuff ceramic compound represents a significant advancement over earlier EBC Redstuff formulations, offering improved longevity, braking power, and noise reduction.
