EBC DP31768C Redstuff Ceramic Low Dust Brake Pads

The EBC DP31768C Redstuff brake pads deliver exceptional stopping power with significantly reduced brake dust for drivers who demand performance without the mess. These advanced ceramic brake pads reduce dust by 60-90% compared to conventional pads, and the minimal dust that does form contains no steel fiber particles, making it easy to clean with just a sponge and water.

Key Features:

• Synthetic fiber ceramic compound for superior braking performance
• Excellent cold bite—performs like OEM or better from the first application
• 60-90% reduction in brake dust compared to standard pads
• Proven to stop 13 meters shorter than OEM pads from 100 mph (160 kph)
• EBC Brake-In surface coating conditions rotors and accelerates bedding
• Nominal friction coefficient of 0.5 for consistent stopping power
• Most applications approved to ECE R90 brake safety regulation
• Hard-wearing compound for extended service life

The Redstuff ceramic formula represents a significant advancement over earlier generation compounds, offering longer life, improved braking performance, and quieter operation. These pads excel during repeated heavy braking situations, making them ideal for spirited driving on fast roads. Note that due to the hard-wearing nature of the compound, full bedding may take up to 1,000 miles as the pad conforms to your brake rotor surface—patience during break-in is essential for optimal performance.
