Product Details

The OTC Tools 6087 GM Injection Pump Wrench Set is a specialized tool kit designed specifically for servicing diesel injection pumps on 1996-1999 GM full-size trucks, vans, and Suburbans equipped with the 6.5L diesel engine. This essential set includes two specially bent 15mm double box-end wrenches engineered to access hard-to-reach injection pump retaining bolts.

Key Features:

  • Two specially bent 15mm double box-end wrenches with 12-point design
  • Designed to navigate around throttle, cruise control, and TV cable brackets
  • Provides clearance for cooling system crossover pipe and thermostat housing
  • Essential for injection pump timing adjustments and pump service
  • Application-specific design for 2WD and 4WD GM vehicles

Without these specialized wrenches, accessing the injection pump retaining bolts is extremely difficult due to the tight engine compartment layout. The unique bend angle of each wrench allows technicians to loosen or tighten the pump mounting bolts when performing timing adjustments or complete pump service. This is a must-have tool for any shop or technician working on GM 6.5L diesel engines.

Easy, quick, convenient. What else could i ask for? Nothing! Thanks guys.

Awesome. Simple. Easy.

I would def order again from them great price and fast shipping.

It was a good price with fast delivery. They had the lowest price I found. My only comment was the shipping cost was more then I expected.

I was able to find a part I couldn't find anywhere else, and at a reasonable price! Thank you!
