EBC DP31677C Redstuff Ceramic Low Dust Brake Pads

EBC Redstuff DP31677C ceramic brake pads deliver exceptional stopping power with dramatically reduced brake dust for drivers who demand performance without the mess. These advanced synthetic fiber and ceramic compound pads reduce brake dust by 60-90% compared to conventional pads, and the minimal dust that does form contains no steel fiber particles, making it easy to wash away with a simple sponge.

Key Features:

• Ceramic-enhanced synthetic fiber compound for superior performance and longevity
• 60-90% reduction in brake dust compared to semi-metallic pads
• Strong initial bite from cold with improved performance as temperatures rise
• Proven to reduce stopping distance by 13 meters from 100 mph compared to OEM pads
• EBC Brake-In surface coating conditions rotors and accelerates bedding process
• Nominal friction coefficient of 0.5 for consistent, predictable braking
• ECE R90 brake safety certified on most applications
• Quieter operation than traditional performance pads

Designed for fast street use and repeated heavy braking, Redstuff pads require a bedding period of up to 1000 miles to achieve optimal performance as the pad conforms to the rotor surface. The ceramic formulation represents a significant advancement over earlier Redstuff compounds, offering improved durability, braking performance, and reduced noise. Ideal for performance sedans, sport compacts, and hot hatches where low dust and strong stopping power are priorities.
