EBC DP31669C Redstuff Ceramic Low Dust Brake Pads

The EBC Redstuff DP31669C is a premium ceramic-enhanced brake pad designed for enthusiastic street driving and spirited performance use. This advanced synthetic fiber compound delivers exceptional stopping power with significantly reduced brake dust compared to conventional semi-metallic pads.

Key Features:

• 60-90% dust reduction compared to standard brake pads
• Ceramic-enhanced synthetic fiber compound for superior performance
• Excellent cold bite with improved performance as temperatures rise
• Steel-free formulation produces minimal, easily cleaned dust
• EBC Brake-In surface coating accelerates bedding process
• ECE R90 brake safety regulation approved
• Nominal friction coefficient of 0.5
• Proven to reduce stopping distance by up to 13 meters from 100 mph compared to OEM pads

Performance Characteristics:

• Ideal for fast street driving and repeated heavy braking situations
• Strong initial bite right from cold start
• Progressive performance improvement as pad temperature increases
• Quieter operation than previous generation compounds
• Extended pad life due to hard-wearing formulation

Installation Notes:

Due to the hard-wearing nature of this compound, proper bedding is essential. Allow up to 1000 miles for complete pad break-in as the pads conform to the rotor surface. During this period, avoid aggressive braking when possible to ensure optimal pad-to-rotor contact and maximum performance.

The Redstuff compound represents a significant advancement over earlier EBC formulations, combining ceramic particle technology with synthetic fibers to deliver race-inspired stopping power suitable for daily driving with minimal wheel contamination.
