Product Details

The Champion 2018 is a Gold Palladium spark plug engineered for superior ignition performance and extended service life. Featuring a fine wire gold palladium tipped center electrode, this plug dramatically reduces electrode wear, lowers voltage requirements, and enhances ignitability for improved throttle response and smoother idle quality.

Key Features:

  • Gold-Palladium Center Electrode: Fine wire tip reduces wear and voltage demands while improving ignitability and acceleration response
  • Copper Core Inverted V-Tip Ground Electrode: Minimizes quenching effect for a more complete combustion event
  • Zirconia-Enhanced Insulator: Interior and top insulator coating aids heat removal for improved performance and long service life
  • Projected Tapered Seat: Optimizes flame kernel development within the combustion chamber
  • 2.0mm Center Electrode Diameter: Standard size for reliable spark delivery
  • Nickel Ground Electrode: Standard taper-cut design for efficient spark propagation

The Champion 2018 Gold Palladium spark plug combines proven Champion engineering with premium precious metal electrode technology. The tapered seat shell design ensures a secure, leak-free seal without a gasket. This plug is an ideal upgrade or direct replacement for applications where enhanced ignition performance and reduced maintenance intervals are desired.
