EBC DP31644C Redstuff Ceramic Low Dust Brake Pads

The EBC Redstuff DP31644C brake pads deliver exceptional stopping power with dramatically reduced brake dust for drivers who demand performance without the mess. These advanced ceramic-enhanced pads reduce dust by 60-90% compared to conventional brake pads, and the minimal dust produced contains no steel fiber particles, making it easy to clean with just soap and water.

Key Features:

• Synthetic fiber-based compound enhanced with ceramic particles for superior performance
• Excellent cold bite—performs as well as OEM pads from the first application
• Progressive performance that improves as temperatures rise during aggressive driving
• Stops passenger vehicles up to 13 meters shorter than OEM pads from 100 mph
• EBC Brake-In surface coating conditions rotors and accelerates bedding process
• Nominal friction coefficient of 0.5 for confident, predictable braking
• ECE R90 brake safety regulation approved
• Reduced noise compared to semi-metallic pads

Installation Notes: As a hard-wearing performance pad, the DP31644C requires a proper break-in period of up to 1000 miles for optimal performance. During this time, the pads conform to the brake rotor surface to achieve maximum contact and stopping power. This bedding process is essential for realizing the full potential of these high-performance brake pads.

Ideal for fast street driving, spirited driving enthusiasts, and drivers who frequently encounter heavy braking situations while maintaining a clean wheel appearance.
