Product Details

The ACDelco 24230784 Automatic Transmission Pressure Relief Valve is a genuine GM OE component designed to regulate hydraulic pressure within automatic transmission systems. This pressure relief valve helps protect transmission components from damage caused by excessive hydraulic pressure by opening at a predetermined pressure threshold to divert excess fluid back to the transmission pan.

Key Features:

 • Genuine ACDelco OE quality part ensuring precise fit and function
 • Designed to maintain proper transmission fluid pressure for optimal shifting performance
 • Helps prevent transmission damage from pressure spikes during operation
 • Direct replacement for worn or failed original equipment pressure relief valves
 • Manufactured to strict GM engineering specifications

This pressure relief valve is a critical component in maintaining transmission longevity and proper operation. When the valve fails, it can result in harsh shifting, slipping, or transmission damage due to improper pressure regulation. Regular inspection and replacement of this component during transmission service helps ensure reliable performance.

I wAS not able to select Paypal (?) although it was offered. At least I Didn't see the option to get around entering a card. I think I know what the EZ drain is but it wasn't specifically described to the average novice.

A few items could have a better description.

Easy order

Autoplicity has the lowest prices. My new shocks were shipped within 24 hours with UPS Ground tracking#. Although I was expecting a closer warehouse than the San Diego one for my product to ship from (I'm in CT), I would still rate 8.5/10 stars.

The prices were so low that I ordered struts the next day so that I could take advantage of the MONROE rebate by ordering a full set. My MDX is sitting pretty and riding smooth once again. Thanks, Autoplicity.
order#8137 & #8177
