Product Details

The ACDelco 18K1592 Professional Rear Drum Brake Hardware Kit is a premium aftermarket replacement kit designed to restore your drum brake assembly to proper working order. Also marketed as the ACDelco Gold line, this kit supplies all of the small but critical hardware components that hold brake shoes securely in place and ensure consistent, reliable braking performance.

This kit includes hold-down springs, pins, retainers, and caps — the components most prone to corrosion, fatigue, and wear over the life of a drum brake system. Replacing these pieces during a brake service eliminates the risk of re-using weakened hardware that could compromise brake function.

Key Features:

  • Includes springs, pins, retainers, and caps for a complete rear drum brake hardware refresh
  • Engineered to meet or exceed OE specifications for fit, form, and function
  • Manufactured to GM standards — OEM part number: 19138371
  • No assembly required — hardware is ready to install out of the box
  • Made in the United States
  • ACDelco Professional (Gold) quality: a high-quality alternative to Original Equipment parts

The ACDelco 18K1592 is the smart choice when servicing rear drum brakes, ensuring every component of the hardware assembly is fresh, properly rated, and correctly sized for a precise OE-matching fit.

Great service

Great product. Friendly knowledge based people. Fast shipping. Will order from them again.

Seems easy so far.

Fast& easy checkout, unfortunately no option for faster than ground shipping that I really need for this purchase. I will be vertu impressed if it gets sent out this morning & to me tomorrow

Easy navigation and simple to find my parts.. Second time I've ordered from you guys and it's been great so far

I think it is an awesome experience because of a transition from one website to another; however, I did not see any tax applying toward these items perhaps.

Great seller, great price and item was in stop. Shipped out products within 2 days with tracking number. Will buy again!

Great Prices and Very Fast Shipping. Will order again in the future. Customer Service was great when I called about a question with my order.

Autoplicity has hands down the best prices on aftermarket parts I have seen, which was a big motivator to order through them. They were very prompt in getting my order shipped. Must say I am pretty impressed.
