Product Details

The Motorcraft CG805 is a replacement fuel pump tank seal designed to provide a reliable, leak-free connection between the fuel pump assembly and the fuel tank. This seal creates a critical barrier that prevents fuel vapors and liquid fuel from escaping at the pump mounting point while maintaining proper tank pressure.

Key Features:

  • OEM-quality rubber construction for durability and fuel resistance
  • Precision-molded design ensures proper fit and sealing performance
  • Resistant to gasoline, ethanol blends, and fuel additives
  • Helps prevent fuel odors and maintains emissions compliance
  • Direct replacement for worn or damaged original equipment seals

Motorcraft fuel system components are engineered to meet Ford's strict quality standards, ensuring reliable performance and proper fit. Regular inspection and replacement of the fuel pump tank seal during fuel pump service helps maintain fuel system integrity and prevents potential leaks.
