EBC DP31198C Redstuff Ceramic Low Dust Brake Pads

EBC Redstuff DP31198C brake pads deliver exceptional performance for enthusiastic street driving with significantly reduced brake dust. This advanced ceramic-enhanced synthetic fiber compound reduces brake dust by 60-90% compared to conventional pads, and the minimal dust that does form contains no steel fiber particles, making it easy to remove with a simple sponge wash.

Key Features:

• Ceramic-enhanced synthetic fiber compound for superior performance and longevity
• 60-90% reduction in brake dust compared to standard pads
• Excellent cold bite with performance that improves as temperatures rise
• Proven to reduce stopping distance by 13 meters from 100 mph compared to OEM pads
• EBC Brake-In surface coating conditions rotors and accelerates bedding process
• Nominal friction coefficient of 0.5 for consistent, powerful braking
• Most applications approved to ECE R90 brake safety regulation
• Quieter operation than semi-metallic alternatives

Installation Notes:

As a hard-wearing pad material, proper bedding is essential for optimal performance. Allow up to 1,000 miles for the pads to fully take the shape of your brake rotors. Initial braking performance will be good from installation, matching or exceeding OEM performance, but will continue to improve throughout the break-in period.

Ideal for fast street use, spirited driving, and repeated heavy braking situations where you demand maximum stopping power with minimal wheel dust and maintenance.
