Dayco AX28 Gold Label Raw Edge Cog V-Belt 1/2" x 30" Industrial

The Dayco AX28 Gold Label Raw Edge Cog V-Belt is a premium industrial power transmission belt engineered for demanding drive applications where efficiency, flexibility, and durability are critical. Classified as an AX-section classical cogged V-belt, this belt measures 1/2" wide with a 30.39" outside circumference (metric equivalent: 13XC765).

Key Features:

• Raw Edge Construction: Machined belt edges provide direct sheave groove contact for reduced slip, less heat generation, and improved power transfer compared to traditional wrapped belts
• Gold Label Cog Profile: Precision-engineered cogs improve flexibility around small-diameter pulleys, enhance cooling airflow, and reduce bending fatigue for extended service life
• High-Stability Polyester Tension Cord: PET polyester cord design delivers low tension decay, superior dimensional stability, and resistance to overloads and shock loads
• CR/EPDM Body Compound Rubber: Formulated for advanced abrasion, heat, and oil resistance across a wide operating temperature range
• Increased Power Capacity: Delivers higher horsepower ratings versus comparable wrapped V-belts of the same cross-section
• Metric Cross-Reference: 13XC765

The Dayco AX28 is recommended for a broad range of industrial drive applications including fans, compressors, pumps, lathes, grinding machines, and textile machinery — wherever space, weight, and power capacity are performance priorities. It is also widely used in agricultural and accessory drive applications requiring a dependable classical AX-section belt.
