Prothane 7-128-BL Black Polyurethane Body Mount Bushing Kit for C2 Corvette

The Prothane 7-128-BL is a premium polyurethane body mount bushing kit engineered specifically for the 1963–1969 Chevrolet Corvette (C2). Replacing deteriorated OEM rubber body mounts with Prothane's high-performance polyurethane bushings is one of the most cost-effective upgrades available for restoring and improving chassis rigidity, handling response, and overall driving feel.

Key Features:

• Premium-grade polyurethane construction — significantly firmer than OEM rubber for improved handling and structural rigidity
• Precision fabrication ensures a direct-fit replacement for factory body mount locations
• Formulated to retain super grease for quiet, rattle-free operation over time
• Outlasts OEM rubber — highly resistant to deterioration from oil, heat, and road chemicals
• Sold as a complete set — includes all bushings required for the application
• Black finish (suffix -BL) for a clean, understated appearance
• Suitable for both street performance and spirited driving applications

Prothane body mount bushings deliver the necessary chassis rigidity to sharpen handling while retaining enough compliance to keep the ride comfortable and cabin noise minimal. This kit is a direct upgrade over worn or soft factory rubber mounts that contribute to body flex, imprecise steering feel, and vibration intrusion.
