Product Details

The Dayco AX45 GOLD LABEL® Raw Edge Cogged Classical V-Belt is a premium industrial belt engineered for high-demand power transmission applications. Built on the AX belt section with a 47.00" outside circumference, 0.50" top width, and 0.31" belt depth, this belt delivers a precise fit and reliable performance across a broad range of industrial machinery.

Key Features:

  • Raw Edge Cog Design: The cogged profile improves cooling effects and reduces bending fatigue, while providing extra flexibility for use with smaller pulleys
  • PET Polyester Tension Cord: A stronger PET polyester cord construction delivers high dimensional stability, low tension decay, and resistance to overloads and shock loads
  • EPDM Rubber Compound: Raw edge body construction with EPDM rubber provides advanced resistance to abrasion, heat, and oil across a wider operating temperature range
  • Increased Power Capacity: Raw edge construction delivers greater power transmission capacity compared to traditional wrapped V-belts
  • Reduced Maintenance: Superior tension retention and durability translate to longer service intervals and lower total cost of ownership
  • Belt Section: AX (Classical cogged)
  • Outside Circumference: 47.00 inches (1193.80 mm)
  • Top Width: 0.50 inches (12.70 mm)
  • Belt Depth: 0.31 inches (7.94 mm)

The Dayco AX45 GOLD LABEL® cogged V-belt is recommended for demanding industrial applications including compressors, fans, pumps, textile mills, lathes, grinding machines, and conveyor systems — anywhere that space, weight savings, and power capacity are critical factors. It is an ideal direct replacement for standard AX45 classical V-belts requiring upgraded performance.

I can't believe how much money I saved buying from Autoplicity. I had been shopping the Bakflip for months and this price easily beat every other online store for the same exact item. My item shipped direct from the factory within days. I couldn't be happier.

Autoplicity had the best price for my Thule 867 roof rack cargo bag. It was easy to pay thru my Amazon accont and the order shipped within 24 hours of my placing the order.
