Four Seasons 44031 Tube Fin A/C Evaporator Core

The Four Seasons 44031 is a tube and fin A/C evaporator core designed as a direct OEM-quality replacement for vehicles with a failing or leaking factory evaporator. As a critical component of your vehicle's HVAC system, the evaporator core is responsible for absorbing heat from cabin air as refrigerant passes through it, delivering cool, dehumidified air to the passenger compartment.

Key Features:

• Tube and Fin Construction: Classic tube and fin design engineered to match OEM heat transfer performance and dimensional fitment
• High-Grade Aluminum: Manufactured from corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy for long-lasting durability through repeated thermal cycling
• 100% Pressure Tested: Every unit is leak-tested at the factory to ensure reliable, leak-free performance before installation
• OEM-Style Replacement: Designed to restore factory cooling efficiency and proper HVAC system function
• Includes Hardware: Comes with necessary O-rings and gaskets to simplify installation

Evaporator cores are located deep within the HVAC housing, making replacement a labor-intensive job. Choosing a pressure-tested, OEM-quality replacement like the Four Seasons 44031 ensures the repair is done right the first time. When installing, it is recommended to also replace the accumulator or receiver/drier and flush the A/C system to remove contaminants and protect the new core.
