Manley titanium retainers are manufactured using dual-spindle CNC machines with certified, heat-treated titanium bar stock. The retainer angles are held to within 6 minutes (one-tenth of a degree), and installed heights are maintained within 0.005" tolerance. This precision engineering reduces valve float at high RPM, improves throttle response, and enhances overall engine reliability in demanding performance applications.
