Very simple and easy.

Great pricing and ability to use coupon code is a plus!

I gave u a pretty good rating because u guy didn't not have the parts I needed and u refunded me right away thanks again

I like that I was able to get a shipping estimate before purchasing or entering my personal info

Easy process for return and reorder

Great prices, shipped timely.....seller was much better than expected.

product just as described, received in 3 days

I paid for 2nd day shipping and 5 days later they were shipped out. So, I should receive my rotors in a full week from when I paid for 2 day shipping. I called customer service and they discounted the shipping rate to ground service. At least they were polite and helpful in the phone.

Great prices will shop here again.

Excellent on-line merchant with outstanding customer service and the best prices on equipment and shipping. Highly reccomended!

Good prices and easy ordering process (order #18003). The only issue that I had was after placing the order, completing the entire process, I received three emails stating that "We noticed that you started checking out on our site, but didn't quite finish the process". After calling customer service, they ensured me that the order was complete. Since then, I receive the same email(3 emails at a time) on a daily basis. Just a little annoying, but easy enough to delete.

Fast shipping and good prices. I would shop this site again.
